Institution Building and Income Generation Program (IBIG):
* In some areas there are many organization providing loan facilities and loanees are taking more than one loan. As a result, the loanees are becoming indebted beyond their capacity to play. Now we plan to start loan provision in a new area we check for existing micro credit facilities first.
* Loanees do not always have the necessary skill to make the most of the loan taken, i.e. ability in a trade or agriculture practice, or financial management skills. In our program areas we are providing skills training to the loanees to enable them to make better use of the loan provided to them.
* Organization should help the beneficiaries for feasibility analysis so that the beneficiaries will get right direction for proper investment.
